Some things to consider when replacing print head:
1. Make sure the white ribbon cables are reattached properly to the printhead.
2. If all the ink lights are lit, the ribbon cables are not inserted properly to the CSIC holder (GOLD PRONGS THAT MAKE CONTACT WITH CARTRIDGE CHIPS)
3. The new print head needs to be primed with 1 or 2 brand new sets of ink cartridges. Only brand new cartridges will prime the print head. When the printer senses a brand new cartridge, it initiates extensive ink pumping. This fills the printhead with ink. You cannot fill the printhead with ink by doing head cleaning. Only new cartridges will properly prime the print head.
